Certainly fit for purpose.Gets into the ear to trim hair painlessly and the shaver head is good for outside area.My only criticism is that when you charge it, the tiny red light doesn't go out and so you cannot be sure when it is fully charged.

Great little trimmer but surprisingly long charge time (8h)! Still….. I doubt I'll need to charge it much.
