Xbox One Evil SHIFT

Went through two controllers and each of them had the same issue where mid-way through play, certain buttons/paddles/triggers would randomly lose power/function. Very similar to another low review here. This was tested on Xbox and PC to no avail. It’d be better if the controlller straight up turned off, but I wouldn’t even know when it did this since I’d retain joystick functionality and all of a sudden I’m crippled in a competitive match.Honestly loved the controller and paddles but it’s a shame it just wouldn’t work. Felt the need to place this review as it seems someone else has had the same experience.

Within 90 days my controller stopped working right and I have heard nothing back from the seller after contacting them directly.

-FINAL EDIT-After using the controller for a week I came to like how the paddles worked, when it worked. I think Evil has a great design for this controller and personally I think its better than the Elite or Razer or really any other custom controller out there. My only problem with Evil's controller was all of these flaws I mention below. If I got the controller and it worked perfectly fine, I would give this 5 stars. Sadly it didn't go that way. I talked with the customer support which was very helpful in showing me my options but eventually I just wanted to return it for my money back. I would try with them again IF Evil was supported by Amazon Prime which they are not so I don't feel like waiting for weeks to get another controller when Razer supports prime for all of their products.-UPDATE-Day two of using this controller and I already have a big issue. I found out whenever I tried to use the stock Xbox audio adapter from my Turtle Beaches, the face buttons including the paddles will stop working. I don't know what is going on with it but I literally have to either use the audio jack which means I can't use my mute button and have to go into the dashboard to adjust game and chat volume, or I use a wired connection which somehow works with the audio adapter. This is ridiculous because how can a device made by Microsoft not work with it's controller? I originally requested a order cancel the same day I ordered it and they never responded and ended up shipping it to me.-ORIGINAL-I was hesitant on buying this controller, and after getting it all of my worries came true. First off this product doesn't qualify for amazon prime which is disappointing since that makes my subscription useless and I could only do standard shipping. I just got my product today and as I turned it on and tested the buttons I noticed that my bottom right paddle is barely responsive in one of the four directions you can press it. It's a shame because the direction I want it to work doesn't but the 3 other directions work. Evil's big reveal video shows that you can press it in any direction and while it's true that I can press the button in any direction, one of the four directions don't work. The other 3 buttons work perfectly fine, but I am really disappointed waiting the time I did to get this controller not working as advertised. The controller would be perfect if the 4th button worked like the others, but sadly that's not the case and I am going to now have to deal with Evil's customer support.
