These are pretty and exactly as pictured. They are probably better for thicker bookcovers. I put them on cardstock corners. They smashed. Maybe I am not applying them correctly. They do look nice on my homemade book. I was hoping for more gold corners so I painted a few with a gold marker. They turned out great. I would buy again.

I loved the variety that was in the package. It definitely met my expectations. The quality of them is great. Had great choice of sizes and patterns. I would recommend to anyone.

Two of the styles had odd numbers of each. One had 5 while the other only had 3. 1 of the pieces in one of the sets of 4 was bent so badly it could not ne used. Quality is good and the various sizes are appropriate. They work as intended. Overall good value as only needed a few of them. They do keep the covers well protected.

They have a very nice vintage bronze finish. A wide variety of designs come that can be simple or more elaborate. Its installation is simple, you just need pliers and a little cloth to install them.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the value of my money going towards a whole pack of these things because it was better than Christmas. The size range of these things varies, but the functionality is all the same. I'm going to try these out and see if they protect the edges of my books a lot better because I plan to make a lot of books out of leather and I'd like to make sure that my edges are protected well. I believe these are made out of some sort of steel or definite durable aluminum, but I love the brushed or at least antiqued gold color. I'm definitely a fan of that.

Although it says you’ll get 24 sets of four corners, I got 23 sets plus three of another set, for a total of 95 corners instead of 96. If a person is making and selling handmade books, every incomplete set represents an unfinished book = money. Maybe not that important to a hobbyist, but definitely to a producer.Ten of the sets are very small, .50” per side and less than .125”. They will only look good (and fit) on books probably no bigger than 4 x 6”. Three of the sets are quite large, 1.125” per side and almost .25” wide. Those will accommodate books covered with a thicker material. The photo is of everything I received.Most of the sets have an aged brass finish. One large and one small set are finished in silvertone and two small sets have a shiny brass finish. They have stamped or cutout designs, and some of the stamped designs are pretty crudely done. These are corners for junk journals and other, more arty journals, collage books, etc. - and their reasonable price reflects that. I would not put them on a handmade book of archival quality.
