EDIT: After about 9 months of daily use, the flip top cap was no longer as secure and would open more easily. Led to some spills in my bag.This is the best value water bottle on the market. I drink a lot of water so I have tried several types of water bottles over the years and I think this is finally the winner.Best qualities of Pogo Tritan Water Bottle 32 oz (tl;dr lol)- Inexpensive- Large size options- Straw! (also has option without a straw)- Does not leak when tipped over- Straw is covered, not exposed- Easy to cleanThis review may seem excessive, but no joke this has been like a 5 year journey to find the perfect water bottle so here are my honest thoughts... I will compare the Pogo to all the other water bottles I have tried. I tried all of the most popular brands but the Pogo wins! (Also I will never buy a HydroFlask, too expensive for something I will probably misplace).Nalgene Wide Mouth Tritan 32 oz. (difficult to drink from, but good quality)- I originally purchased the Nalgene for its size, as I wanted a larger water bottle. But the Nalgene wide mouth is difficult to drink from while mobile, and I would usually spill on myself if I tried to drink from it while walking (you could buy a splash guard but that seems excessive). There is a narrow mouth option, but I imagine its a bit difficult to clean out.- The Pogo water bottle is great because it comes in large sizes, and it has the straw which is easier to drink from while mobile. The straw helps encourage me to drink more water throughout the day!Contigo Autospout Straw Ashland, 24 oz. (leaks, is small, but has a built in carabiner)- The Contigo was the first water bottle with a straw that I used and in general I liked it a lot. I noticed that I drank much more water with the straw. But that thing leaked so much if it wasn't upright. Which is fine if you leave it on a table all day (unlikely), but otherwise it was a recipe for disaster as soon as you threw it in your bag. Additionally, this water bottle was only 24 oz. They have a larger size, but the design is weird in my opinion. I do really like that there is a built in carabiner for this water bottle.- The Pogo water bottle has a straw but does not leak because of the lid that covers the straw. And the Pogo comes in 32 oz. and also 40 oz. which is great for people who want to store more water!CamelBak Eddy 32 oz. (unsanitary, difficult to clean, breaks easily)- I knew that I would hate the Camelbak, but I thought I'd join the bandwagon since I saw so many people use it. It was a good size (32 oz.), and had a straw which I knew was what I wanted. But the bite valve mechanism took a long time to get used to. It's not like a normal straw where you can easily drink from. It is very firm when you first buy it and you have to bite surprisingly hard (eventually the silicone gets softer and its easier to drink from). The straw is also constantly exposed which is incredibly unsanitary (I knew this would bother me but I bought it any way). The straw part because it's not really a straw and has a closed end, is very difficult to clean out. I had a straw brush and it would not get the mold out. And then worst of all, the locking mechanism for the straw just stopped working after only a few months of use! So the straw just stayed up constantly, which made it even more unsanitary as it would often brush up against things in my backpack. This was for sure the worst water bottle I have owned, I don't understand why so many people use this water bottle.- The Pogo has a lid that covers the straw which is perfect to keep it clean. And the straw is a normal straw, very easy to drink from and very easy to clean.

I gave 3 stars for easy to clean because the cup is tall, so I needed a bottle brush to get to the bottom of the cup. It is a good cup. I love it. It is tall enough to hold almost a regular tray of ice cubes. it is sturdy. It is easy to carry. I bought the 40 oz size, and stenciled on the cup are oz from 8 to 32 and it also shows in ml. It is great to know just how much liquid you are drinking. The straw is long enough so you can get all of the liquid out without tilting the cup. I love that it has a cover to keep the top covered and free from any dirt , debris, or bugs landing on it if you have it outside.

Update: Purchased October 2020 and still in use 12.01.2021. The printing on the bottle has started to wear - not really an issue for me.There appears to be a mix of product reviews and questions, both Soft Straw and Chug-Style Lid . Mine is for the Pogo Tritan Water Bottle with Soft Straw, Grey, 32 Oz.There are some wonky reviews so I will try to clear up a few things, at least for the bottle I purchased and received.The bottle comes with instructions and I like that the whole lid comes apart for cleaning; mouth piece, vent hole plug, lid and straw. It's dishwasher safe. I have well water so no chlorine for disinfectant and have had no problems with mold and the mouth piece. I use the bottle every day and drink at least two quarts of water with it. I have used the bottle for 7 weeks and have noticed to odors.The bottle is made of plastic and is not insulated. So no, it's not going to keep your drink cold.There is a vent hole in the center of the lid directly behind the mouth piece. It can be removed from the underside of the lid for cleaning.I haven't experienced any noticeably plastic or rubber (silicone?) odors but that's likely up to each individuals tolerance.With the clear plastic cover closed over the mouth piece, it does not leak but water will collect inside the cover. If you tip the bottle over with the cover open, it will leak - at least the amount that is in the straw.I like that the bottle empties almost completely through the mouth piece - I mean like only a few drops left.The printed numbers or scale on the side have not worn yet on my bottle but that's not an issue for me.For $9 bucks, I would purchase this again.UPDATE: Still in use and buying a 2nd one to take to work. 07.14.2023.

Never thought I would take the time to write a review on a water bottle that I paid less than $10 for, but this is probably one of the better, not metal, water bottles I’ve purchased in a long time! It’s easy to get water through the straw and has a useful cover for the end of the straw. Also, great bottle for kids who likely will just lose them; you’re not out a ton of $$ then. Oh and they’re dishwasher safe!

it works for what i need and it holds plenty of waternot really leaky at all but ice melts kinda fast (should have expected that tho because its not insulated)

I don’t believe there’s anything about this water bottle that I dislike or even marginally like. It is very easy to clean, since the straw just slides out, and you can wash it independently of the bottle. The bottle is tough, probably made out of polycarbonate. I’m not sure about that. The screw lid definitely is some type of silicone rubber. I’m not very easy on things like this, but I almost think it’s indestructible during normal every day rough tough use

O bico e o canudo são muito bons, vem bastante água e enche a boca. A garrafa é bem resistente e de boa qualidade. Só a marcação de ml que foi de arrasta faz tempo, a tinta não é muito boa.

Comprei a "tipo palha" e é linda, resistente. Canudo macio e confortável na boca. Passei a ingerir mais água, por conta do canudo, você bebe que nem percebe. Recomendo

My family calls these my "sippy cups". I use them when I'm out of the house to stay hydrated (they fit the cupholders in both my van and my car, and are easy to hook around my pinky for walking).Solid quality, and the price I payed was good too.
