Good size - good energy boost

Expensive but good
I like these they are truly like enjoying a sweet treat and a genuine sugar boost that keeps you going. I do find them a bit expensive and would probably be a bit heavy if they were the only gels to use in a run, due to cost I will use high5 and keep one of these as a treat in the last half of the race. If your a slow runner like me, meaning your on your feet a lot longer and need more gels for good fuelling, these work out too expensive, at least for me. Still 5 stars due to flavour, effect and no sticky hands as well as a nice small, neat package to carry.
