My one star is not for the taste but for ...
My one star is not for the taste but for the state they were in when they arrived. (They taste fabulous!) This is a box of 12 packets. In each packet there are 6 waffle "sandwichs", and the "sandwichs" are "glued" together with the caramel. I can only imagine this box was stored somewhere warm with the box on its side - as 10 out of the 12 packets had the top pair of "sandwichs" slide apart, break and leave loads of caramel and crumbs lurking in one end of the packet. Not impressed at all - I should have 12 packs of 6 "biscuits" - 72 total. I have 2 packs of 6 biscuits and 10 packs where less than 3 of the 6 biscuits are whole!

Nice waffles, shame about condition
The waffles are nice enough but they have not been handled well, about half of the waffles in boxes opened so far have been damaged- broken and/or with toffee flowed out. I would not buy again due to this.

caramel waffles were great. i only give one star because i received maple waffles and there's no way i can contact the seller.so i'm stuck with s***ty waffles now. paid 24 pounds for something i don't want
