This product is very protein rich good for gym guys and value for money also

Does the job very nicely!
The difference between a regular maida straight from package and after mixing this gluten powder is clearly noticeable. It provides a more stretchy dough, provides structure and helps with the texture as well. This is my second purchase. Though, the delivery charges comes in the way sometimes, especially if you want to buy the bigger pack.

Good source of plant based protein.
Made seitan which goes well with lentil curry. Highly nutritious and easy to digest. Packaging was neat, price is reasonable and ordered was delivered on time. Highly recommend this product for people on a plant based diet.

It was not for consumption.The flour was spoiled. It was not fit for human consumption. I will not recommend it. It is like a rubber band
