This flavor is actually better than the Mixed Berries. It definitely gets rid of extra water within the system, and gives you energy to keep you energized, and lose a good amount of weight within a couple days and weeks, depending on diet. My advice for those who cannot tolerate caffeine (jittery & hyperness) is to not purchase this because the caffeine is extra high, and do not drink it late in the evening, because you'll be up all night.

I bought this because I want to lose some weight and I needed more to add onto my same day delivery for another product. I initially added a packet along with a packet of benefiber to my 40oz Stanley cup and it's still pretty sweet, but tastes good and biggest bonus is there's no artificial sweetener after taste. I'm not sure about the appetite suppression claim as I was still craving a snack in-between lunch and dinner (hoping to just have 3 meals a day on this weight loss journey) It is expensive but I'm going to try adding a few boxes it to my subscribe and save for a month and see if it helps. I also didn't feel jittery like with coffee. I'll update after a month.

These taste so good! I’ve actually bought two boxes now because I love the way they taste. It definitely helps me get my water in every day. I do not drink as many as it recommends and I have not lost 25 pounds per box. There is no way I can consume that much caffeine in a day and sleep at night. A taste level it’s a five star on a you can lose 25 pounds per box I’m giving a three star because that has not happened.

I am buying my second box. This powder helped curb my appetite which helped me to lose a few pounds. The powder is very sweet so I use one packet for 1.5 L of water. I enjoy it.

Horrible taste

Item is good I love the taste and it does work to keep my body fit . I’mAlready skinny but I don’t work out but some people may need to work out for it to work for them it’s not a permanent solution for weight loss but if you know how to manage it and use it correctly it can work . My weight right now was the same as highschool 100/116 pounds
