This is an absolutely beautiful decoration that appears very authentic overall and has some beautiful "gem" inlays and designs. It's a pleasure to look at and can be almost entrancing looking through all of the detail and gem patterns. The base isn't bad and holds well however the piece itself can be seen to be bolted to the base underneath as it's just hollow. I'd have liked to see some sort of cover with maybe a felt pad to protect surfaces. Or even just a flat surface so that I could add my own. As it is I'd recommend having some sort of material underneath to protect your surface. I love this piece and feel the price is a good value as such.

It's over all very good item in terms of size, design, art work and price.
