This neck/back massage pillow was perfect for my low back muscle aches. This massager covers your low back. If you want to use it as a neck massager, you would just flip it and lie on it. I didn't find it particularly comfortable lying flat on it for the neck massage, but it was comfortable if I reclined. I wanted this only to put in my office chair to massage my back anyway. What I love about it is it's pretty compact and not bulky compared to most massagers. It doesn't take much room as far as storage. You can set this in a large office chair or a recliner easily and be perfectly comfortable. You can adjust the heat to high, medium, or low. It comes with a removable pad so you can feel the heat better with the pad off. You can also adjust the rotation of the rollers where it will go in the opposite direction. It also has a vibration mode which I don't use but some people might like to have. It seems sturdy and well made and easy to wipe clean. This also comes with a 1 year warranty which you can extend to 3 years for free so no need to buy the extended warranty. The only negative is I would have liked more rollers in the back, but then that would probably make the product bigger. In my opinion, this is a very reasonably priced, well-made massager that did its intended job and soothed my sore muscles.

Using this neck massager was a game changer for me! As someone who usually gets neck and shoulder pain, I was looking for a nice massager. I also have those whole body massagers but being 5 ft tall, makes most of them not hitting the right spot for my neck. This one is really nice and being able to use it like a pillow gives you more pressure which is really nice and easier to use or adjust the position.

Works good but it seems hard to feel comfortable with it sitting on chair . I feel the balls are hard and push deeply in back bones best way I’ve used this was on floor or against wall which isn’t the best but did enough.

Needed some stability and possible body therapy when sitting up in my bed. I usually just prop a bunch of pillows to read or watch TV. Which is nice before I get these Ole bones have to get up, sigh. So this little massager provides help and an added variety/optionality to my in b4 bed time. The tear off velcro, exposing the nodes, gets my lower back in any spot I maneuver it to. Similarly for my neck upside down with the added heat. If it's to strong move it where needed, something that's difficult with bigger massagers of this type. I also digs the round head sticker it comes with. 😉

This massager was painful to use. There is very no cushion between the roters and the material. The rotors are hard and it is not comfortable. Only when a pillow was put between the massager and the skin was it comfortable but did not provide enough of a massage.

You can combine the intensity of massage, modes of kneading, modes of frequency, and intensity of heating by manipulating the controller. Honestly, I look forward to using it every day after work. It helps relieve the tension in my back, shoulder and neck especially from the long hours sitting/standing at my computer. I feel so much more relaxed afterwards.
