This is far superior to any ordinary caulk, although it is much more difficult to apply. The trade-off is I have never had it mold once.

I was totally pleased with the results once I could actually get the product out of the tube. Each time I went to use it I had to cut more and more off the end of the tip and it was still difficult getting the product out. When I was close to the end I squeezed the tube soo much that it split in another area and came dripping out the side. If you put on latex gloves you can smooth this into any crack, corner or crevice. I would still recommend but do so with caution.
