Sturdy and beautiful
The colors were nice. The curtains are sturdy, well-made, and smartly designed. They keep most rain out. The ceiling keeps everything pretty dry, even with the vents. All pieces arrived in tact, labeled well. It is definitely not a job you can do alone. 3 people would be best. Took us a couple of days. Well worth the money!

When assembying panels i found to be easier to install them one at a time...
it was a little difficult to assemble a but not to bad.. I did assemble the panels one at a time a found easier that way.. but overall its a real nice Gazebo , Very nice in size and look. I also recommend to install anchors at the corners with straps to insure it is secure to the deck or the ground. I live in Okla. and I will see how it will hold in the wind and storms.. I will keep you posted...

A good purchase for $1000 budget
Bought this gazebo for our new townhome. Since I only have one thousand to spare and I don’t like the soft roof one, we have to choose smartly. The overall result is satisfying; I cannot say it’s very easy to assemble, because it is heavy; however, the instructions are very clear and easy to understand, we found no problem for each step. The parts are made of aluminum, sturdy and solid. We let it sit in the thunderstorm to test the sturdiness and the entire gazebo didn’t move an inch, so we decided to skip the bolt so we don’t have to destroy our concrete yard floor. Overall it’s quite a good gazebo for $1000 budget.

Lovely Gazebo
This gazebo is beautiful. It arrived earlier than expected. It's sturdy and went together fairly easy except for the roof panels. Instructions aren't great for the panels but once figured out turned out nice.

looks great
The end result is even better than expected. I was actually surprised at how closely it matched the stock photos on the product page. My advice though, look at the parts page in the manual and make certain that what you received matches the counts before you begin assembling. I was short on a couple of parts that were fortunately not structural. Karen in customer service was very responsive in sending me the missing pieces. They were short on one of the parts and she had them send it to me by air freight directly from the factory in China! All in all, I am very pleased and expect to enjoy it for years to come.

Great customer service - Did not stay together
Update to my original post. Happatio reached out to me about the issues. Offered to replace all missing or broken parts. worked with me to determine what parts I needed and offered a full refund when some of the parts were no longer available. They were quick and responsive and although I would not buy this item again, I WOULD use this company again! -- original Instructions were not real clear and assembly was not easy but I was able to get it together. Swayed in the wind, but that is OK as long as it was secure and did not move, or so I thought. after a month some of the support braces fell off. Although I had tightened the screws, some worked their way out. I added Lock-Tite to them and put them back in. that seemed to work UNTIL screws from the roof line and top section worked loose too. Now I have roof panels laying in my yard and some that have blown away. I have had it less than 3 months and now it is useless and looks terrible.

Garbage - do not buy.
This thing is a hunk of garbage. The only reason I don’t plan on sending it back is it would be too much of a pain. The roof pieces don’t fit together well The frame is flimsy and bends under its own weight. Directions provided don’t contain at least half of the information needed for its construction. I only expect this to last about a year. One good storm and it’s done. If this gazebo was my child, I would surrender it to the state.
