IT WORKS! and it was affordable!
I searched high and low for a replacement AC compressor for my 2009 Jetta, I bought the car at auction and didn't want too spend a ton fixing it up. Everywhere I went they wanted at least 3 times what these guys wanted for their product.I took a leap and bought one, installed it, and it worked... For about a day.I was disappointed, but doubled checked my work and found everything still was sealed and charged, so I reached out to the company and in less than a day they offered to send me another one, no fuss.I received the 2nd one, carefully discharged and recharged the system and et viola! Functioning Air conditioning. Its been working great for the past 2 weeks now and I have no complaints. I think my favorite part is that these are re-built units, so they are recycled rather than thrown away parts. Also, do you guys want a couple of A/C compressors back? Im happy to send the originals that I have back in if you send shipping labels.

Perfect Replacemnet for Mk6 Jetta 2011 2.5 SE
Perfect compressor for Mk6 Jetta 2.5 SE 2011.My other compressor wasn't working. The low pressure was about 100 psi and the high 150 psi, the A/C was more of a heater rather than refrigeration. At outside temp of 85°F the A/C was blowing 90 - 95 °FI rented a vacuum from autozone and got my self some gauges.Replacement was easy enough. Lose both belts, remove high and low pressure lines with a t-45 torx and drop the old compressor. Install new compressor, attach both lines and belts. Vacuum the system for 1 hour and let it sit with vacuum for another hour to check for leaks. Then flush the system and install new compressor.Lastly added A/C fluoresent dye and 1 and 7/8 cans of r134a about 575 grams. Let the system run for half an hour with A/C on high. I've been using it for 2 weeks now. Works like a charm.Highly recommend!!!Update 04/07/2019Been running the compressor for 7 months now (somedays during winter too, it still hot here) with no issues. Pressure seems and looks stable no drops and no problems. Runs smooth and vets cold quicky. I saved easily $400-$500 by doing this my self. Take in consideration i spend roughly $190 on tools (gauges), compressor and fluids (fluoresent oil and r134a cans).

Second time buyer / Works Great
1 YEAR UPDATE: The compressor still is cold as ICE. AMAZING BUY.Easy and direct install on my 2010 VW Jetta 2.5. Ive had it a couple days and at first it didn’t want to cool. Seems like I have to drive around for a few minutes then it would start to circulate the Freon. Once it starts circulating though it works great! Super cold, noiseless, smooth sounding compressor. Definitely a good buy for the money. This is my second one. First bought one for a 2013 VW Jetta 2.5 about 3 or 4 months ago and it’s still working great. Ice cold. I will be updating on how this one does after some time of running it.

3rd time order. First lasted 15 mos, 2nd one failed after 3 years, now third and its defective
I ordered it for my MK5 Jetta 2.5. 2008. Really horrible customer service, buyer beware. My first unit lasted 15 months. Second unit lasted 3 years. Now I had to order a third unit and it is defective straight out of the box and only works after a delay, and all they are willing to do is send me a new unit once I send this one back !!! NOPE. I will not pay twice for labor on a defective product. ZERO attempt at providing a refund to at least make up for the issue. I had no choice but to keep the unit installed. I have serious doubts about this units ability to stay working. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN, and suggest you go with another supplier.

50/50 remanufacturing quality ratio for me.
The first one I ordered and received had a damaged line fitting opening, like it took an impact and instead of being round was egg shaped. The company did however send me a very quick replacement which is currently on the 2006 VW Jetta 2.5 and working good.
