Why can’t i find perkier cacao & orange quinoa bars on here

Because they seem to come as small balls, which are in bags, and not as bars.

What is the shelf life please

The bars I ordered in August 2022 were 'best by December 2023' but there is no way they would not have been eaten long before in our house! Each bar is individually wrapped.

Is there milk in these

No, there's no milk. There's a warning that they may contain traces of milk because it's most probably handled in the same factory. But no milk added to the actual bars.
