The best foldable phone out there
The Pixel fold has a beautiful outside screen and the full open screen is beautiful. Good for if you have a job where you have to multitask the screens, do get bright enough to use outdoors. Plus, you get timely major updates from Google and security updates every month. Unlike the one plus open or the Samsung fold that don't keep up with the updates for software.

Best phone to date
The price was steep but I've been waiting for about four years for Google to make a foldable. The Google experience is next to none so for me a Pixel phone is a must. The dimensions are perfect and when you unfold it, it's like holding a book. It doesn't fold flat but that doesn't bother me. A few apps don't take up the entire screen when unfolded but most of the apps I use do. I would prefer the fingerprint scanner on the back rather than on the side but that's not a deal breaker. All in all, I can't see myself going back to regular phone.

It is great
It is super convenient and easy to use. It is well designed and has a great interface. The battery life exceeds 24 hours, and its platform is very stable. I am happy with this upgrade. I use the single screen more than 90% of the time but the dual screen layout is wonderful for reading longer pieces or viewing large pictures. It is like having a tablet pc in your pocket.

Nice phone when it worked. Warranty support is just 1 year......
It was a nice phone when it worked. My first folding phone. However, after 13 months of ownership the front screen went dead. Google - based on ticking the box unresponsive screen, gave a 769 usd estimate for a fix. Yeah right. Somehow a 12 month warranty on such an expensive phone is criminal. Its a good product but Google customer support and warranty sucks.

Freaking the best phone ever!!!
I know this phone is a little costly but it's really worth it. At first I was hectic but this phone is amazing. I love it. I adore it and I'm very clumsy I have literally cracked the screens on my phone so my previous six phones within the first month of the first purchasing them. I've dropped this phone several times and my god not one crack. It's like it's metal. Granted. I do have a phone case on it but there's nothing on it and there's very very huge selection of phone screens. You know protectors and of everything for this phone and they really work and this one is just amazing. It's like perfect! I'm glad about it and I really do recommend it way way better than any Samsung foldables and if you're going to go for Android you might as well go for the creator and the ones that run Android which is Google so don't think twice this phone if you're looking for a foldable this is a perfect phone

Best version of a foldable phone
I want to point out that I've had the Samsung Z Flip 4 and 5 before swapping to the Pixel Fold. By FAR I prefer this phone's size, layout, and features compared to Samsung. My most favorite feature is the (currently) Pixel-exclusive feature to have Google assistant screen calls. Let me be honest, I would rather communicate via smoke signal than over the phone--and this feature makes handling calls so much easier. It will automatically activate for sketchy calls, but I have the opportunity to activate it for other calls. Since I use this phone in Dual SIM mode for my personal and work lines, I enjoy being able to have the Google Assistant answer the calls on my work line, many times where the person calling me could've texted or emailed... I can type in a response and the assistant will read it to the caller lol. Another personal favorite with this phone is the Kindle app feeling more book-like. I've since swapped away from my actual e-reader for the convenience of not needing to carry another device. Hands down the best phone I've owned (from apple to android).

Amazing phone
I love this thing. I can do so much more than I could with my old iPhone. I like reading and watching videos so the screen is great. Only downside is the battery life is a bit bad but there was some update that really helped. I like the large screen . It's easier to do work and school assignments from this phone as well.

Why did google release this?
I have been testing foldable phones lately and the biggest issue is when you look at samsung they load all of their custom apps and software phone vs the google pixel series always has a simple version of android with the latest of everything from google. The screen size when closed with this phone is pretty good over all but it feels too short. When you open the phone it is pretty awesome but google completed failed at allowing you to have options when the unit is open. For example if you open gmail on the pixel fold you are forced to have the email list on the left and to view the email on the right, there is no way to view it as big large screen. On the samsung fold and oneplus open you can view then full. If you opened a PDF in gmail it only uses half of the screen, It is the dumbest implementation I have seen. The phone feels really heavy compared to the other foldables and feels unfinished in so many ways. The software is not what I expect from Google compared to something like the Pixel 8 Pro. While you get many of the features google is known for its still not complete. I could not see my self using this as a daily phone after testing out other foldables. If you want a foldable phone id look at the oneplus open. it is by far the best one out there.
