We installed the system at our business location as I was sick and tired of issuing and keeping track of keys! The system installed pretty easily and we had it operating in a few hours. The longest time was running wires but even that was not difficult. There are several big positives and a few minor negatives - the positives are it works well, there are a ton of fobs and cards and they were easy to program for each of my staff. Having 50 fobs and 50 cards is a big advantage of this system - its a very generous package. Also the door openers are nicely manufactured and very solid. Tech support was excellent and very fast and answered our questions almost instantly. This was great. Regarding the minor negatives - I would really like a fully configured wiring diagram with written instructions as you would a normal manual. In this case, the seller has made a stack of videos that while helpful, actually take more time to review multiple videos and I think it would enhance the system if they just made a real instruction manual! I almost made one myself!! Another minor issue is it wd be nice if the on board connectors allowed wires to be inserted vertically instead of horizontally as its hard to get them in when the box is mounted on the wall. It's not a big issue . Apart from that, this seems a really good value system. I will monitor it over the next year or so to see how it holds up since we are now totally committed to this system.

This was a pretty easy install, we had an issue with one of the readers working properly, we reached out to support and they gave us something to test, we did the test and sure enough, it was mis wired. Thanks for all the help, we have 3 of these sets with 4 doors each, no issues.

This is a great product for its capability. It tracks the RFID card, Key Fob and any numerical number you assign. Once I was explained how to use the monitoring system it was easy to navigate. Making our property keyless was a goal that can now be achieved with the product at a fraction of the cost for a Security Company to install. Tech Support was very quick to respond even after sending an email 1 hr later. I have already purchased another unit for another building al will buy more when ready. Thank you!

I have ordered five of these in the last year for installation at 5 different facilities. The installation was very smooth each time. I have a some of experience working with security systems which made this go easier, but I think anyone with any kind of electrical skills could do it with a bit of effort. I have a combination of two and four door controllers and they are essentially identical except for the number of connectors. Here's a helpful tip.. all of the green wiring connectors are in two parts. You can pull them off the board, wire them up, and then plug them back in. All five of my controllers are configured to use a single database over our WAN making ongoing management of them a lot easier. In all, I have contacted tech support three times and each time they responsed within in 24 hours. The typical response was a link to the necessary pages in the installation or software documentation, with a short description of what to do with it. That was all I ever needed. I was very happy with the tech support and very happy with the product.

I brought 3 of these packages to control 10 doors for a non-for-profit Volunteer Ambulance Squad. The wiring was straight forward with good diagrams and instructions. On installation and startup the software configured the 3 controllers together flawlessly. The software has a lot of functionality and options which is bad and good. Downside: defining zones, and entering user pins, fobs, and swipe cards is not intuitive. Upside: the support is fantastic and quick, with You-Tube videos, and personalized detailed written instructions. They definitely help and stand behind their product. This is a professional grade system and I would not hesitate to buy it again for other buildings.

I don't normally write reviews but I thought this review might help others in a similar situation to ours. This product came well packaged and seems to be of high quality. We were able to wire and control three doors in about day after some initial hiccups. The documentation is decent but support was fantastic and quick in explaining and resolving issues. I think this product is great for the DIY types that can do basic wiring and read diagrams. Saved us quite a bit of money compared to a professional installation but ours turned out just as nice. The PC software is a little clunky but again the support has been great.
