A good choice
Whether you're modest or not, these are great shorts. They fit well, they're comfortable, the liner is snug so they cover appropriately. They're breathable and lightweight. They wash easily, and fit true to size. Not all amazon clothing options are a homerun, but these shorts seem to be.

Lightweight, trendy shorts
Ordered the hot pink in size 5-6 for my 5 year old. She’s a tiny one at 35 lbs and short.First off, she loves them because her big sis has a similar pair. She also loves that they are comfy and have the little attached biker type shorts underneath.I like that they fit her tiny waist with the drawstring and elastic waist. Easy to adjust.The shorts go to her knees, which is fine and she has room to sprout up as I’m sure she will this summer.I would say these run true to size. They look a bit oversized on her but again she’s a petite girl.Machine washed fine. I hung to dry.I think these will end up being one of her favorite shorts for warmer weather. And the solid color will go with a lot of her tshirts.While they are a bit more than I usually spend on little kids shorts ($21) I think they are cute and trendy enough (on top of being comfy and well made) that they are worth the price.

Nice Light and Cool
Fit is nice and the wide waist band helps to ensure they stay in place. My daughter loves bright pink and was so excited she wanted to wear these shorts right away. Design a lot like a tennis short so there is no binding on the thighs, and they work great over her swimsuit too. All the stitching looks good as does the overall look of the shorts. A great summer time value.

True to size and beyond comfortable! This is my daughters third pair and she loves them ! She loves the extra hidden pocket under the skirt, the fact that there’s shorts underneath, great length, elastic waist and just a great style for my 11 year old
