Excellent!
Awesome board! I personally love it because it allows for a smooth and stable ride. I have been longboarding/longboard dancing for a few years and have tried and ridden many types of boards. I saw this one and figured I'd give it a go. Pretty good investment if you ask me! Board arrived on time and was completely assembled. I will say I did a few adjustments to suit my taste. (1) I relubricated the bearings. (2) Adjusted the kingpins/bushings so that the board will turn more. (They were quite tight.) (3) Added grip-tape to the mid-section on the deck. I did sort of a pin-stripe design. I had extra grip tape at home. If you don't have any, you can get some at a skate shop or order it online. It's cheap. (4) Lubricated all the bushings and pivot cups with Vaseline to eliminate "squeaking". I've done this procedure with pretty much every board I've owned and it makes a HUGE difference! Turns a "good" board into a "great" board! Also, if you are a beginner, or trying out new tricks, invest in some tail guards or meltable poly-plastic to protect the nose and tail. Trust me...its worth it. All-in-all...I really like this board. The graphics are great, trucks are very stable and the wheels that come with it feel smooth are fairly lightweight and can withstand cracks and bumps. Good for cruising, commuting, dancing, freestyle/tricks. The kicks have alot of "pop". I would recommend thos board For either a beginner or advanced rider. For the price, you cannot go wrong! It just needs a bit of tweaking and bit of tlc. After that, you have an incredible board for a great price! And your friends will be jealous! :)

Great board. Inspires confidence.
Let’s make this clear from the start, I am in no way a long time boarder or skater. I am simply a Dad trying to keep up with his kids. I was never great at riding any kind of board, but after trying out my daughters long board I was hooked. I had to go out and find my own. This board does the job and more. I chose the drop through to give me a little more confidence since I am new to the game. I found the board very easy to ride. This board came with way better trucks, wheels, and bearings than my daughters that was at the same price point. The wheels are soft, but they roll very well over cracks and rocks. The board itself does have some flex, but has kept by confidence even at 200 lbs.The board has given me enough confidence that I have been pushing my ability to try out some moderate hills. Because the wheels are soft, I don’t recommend wheel braking with shoes. The wheels do wear pretty quickly if you do this. I have purchased a speed brake that has made this board even more fun. I use a FrogStop braking system that works great. The wheels seem to hold up great with this system.Overall, this board is great for this price. I plan on purchasing another model for my son. Some reviewers mention some quality issues with the grip tape and defects. My board had no defects or blemishes on arrival. The grip tape has held up fine. I have the strip grapics with a bare wood center strip.

Awesome board
I recently purchased a longboard and I am incredibly impressed with its performance. The board is designed with high-quality materials and features a sturdy deck that provides excellent stability and balance while riding. The wheels are smooth and comfortable, making for a seamless ride on any surface. One of the best things about this longboard is its speed. The bearings are of high quality, allowing for a swift and smooth ride. The board is also lightweight, making it easy to carry around when not in use. I was also impressed with how easy it was to maneuver. The trucks are responsive and allow for quick turns, making it easy to navigate through busy streets or crowded parks. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this longboard to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable mode of transportation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, this longboard will not disappoint.

Solid beginner board
I just got this board today, and it seems fine. I'm taking a star off because the packaging was inadequate and beat up. There was one piece of wadded up paper in the box to act as padding. The board didn't break, but does have a scratch on the paint. I'm not going to return it because it will be covered in stickers soon. Just be aware about the packaging risks because there's a chance you'll get a broken board in the mail. With the complaint about the packaging out of the way, let's talk about what you get for your money. You get a 39 inch long deck, which is close to the typical 40 or 41 inch drop through deck. I think this length is fine, it's not worth the extra 20 bucks to buy a board with a 41 inch deck. The deck is made of maple, and is fairly stiff. I'm 160 lbs and can get it to flex when I jump up and down on it, but only a little. It's 8-ply maple, so definitely on the stiffer side. You get 70mm wheels that are 78 durometer- they feel about right in terms of softness. The bearings don't spin great, but they get the job done. You can't get Bones Red bearings on a board of this price. The trucks are 7" wide, fairly standard fare. The bushings seem adequate. No complaints about the trucks or the bushings. The grip tape is grippy. The artwork and branding are a bit cheesy. The white Playshion branding on the grip tape can be fixed with black marker and the bottom can be covered in stickers, so I'm not real concerned about the branding.Overall, you get a decent board that will let you try out longboarding without breaking the bank. This is probably the second best/cheapest option to borrowing one from a friend (in my case, none of my friends have a skateboard).
