Unloved how wasy it is to use and how stable it is. I've managed to produce so very detailed plans for construction which is exactly what I needed it for. Perfect for me

I broke this as soon as I took it out of the box.It was an easy repair but all the same shouldn't have happened. The T square part cracked and broke across the corner. I would have sent it back but felt it was my fault. But on reflection It seems a weakness in design was most probably the fault as when talking to a colleague at work theirs broke in the same place within 2 weeks of casual use. Super glue was handy to repair and as it's only there for me to do rough drawings accuracy isnt too important. So although disappointed I will cope.

I will use it in the course I am taking. This product, for now, will be good but it would be better if there were more similar items to choose from.

the board is made from thin hard plastic with sharp edges. The supplied setsquares are of reasonable quality but overall it's a bit flimsy.As a beginners board the recipient would be over the moon but as a more experienced user, you would be under-whelmed.As I still have the wooden drawing board and t-square from Xmas 1971, I doubt if this board will last that long.Overall it will do it's job well; it's just not for me.

This drawing board I feel is good value for money. Whilst not as precise as others, it's on the cheaper end of the scale when it comes to drawing boards and so can never be expected to be as substantial as the £100+. It would be great for say school projects, preliminary rough drawings, a project that does not require 100% accuracy - but a very good introduction to drawing boards. The parallel rule moves well and the quick release paper clamp allows the paper to hold to the board without the need for tape which is convenient.

This was a purchase to support my son at Uni. During lockdown, when he had to come home, he left the original drawing board at his flat so dad bought him another so he could continue his work - hence the title of this review.I thought good value for money, accurate enough for him to produce neat, well presented drawings and still small enough that it can be tucked away down the side of a desk when not in use. Not professional standard, by any means, but that's reflected in the price and sturdiness.

It does what it does well. But locks for the legs would stop the board, collapsing when moving it to a more comfy position. and the ability to lock the accessories to the lockable straight edge would make straight lines easier for me: my left hand is paralyzed due to a medical condition.

This item has been returned- very disappointing at the quality and durability of the board. I saw others advertised at nearly half the price I paid (£38.99) and thought I’d pay a bit more for what I expected to be a better quality item - and when it arrived it appears to be exactly the same as those advertised on Amazon for £20!!If you are after a cheap board, go for the cheap one - personally for the course I’ve just started I shall invest in a more expensive model (sourced from elsewhere unfortunately).
