Good restful sleep.

Product is good. Works. But..
Product is good, it works. 1 capsule daily is enough to uplift the mood. But it can't cure sleep disorder if person is suffering from depression and anxiety. Overdose or long term use is risky because it might cause serotonin syndrome like situation. Otherwise take it according to the doctor advice with some other combinations for better results.

Yes, you heard me. Don't buy it, instead use the money for doctor's consultation. The product does nothing..no wonder there are not many reviews especially good ones.

Works well
Been taking for 5 days now. Remarkable effect seen. Add Brahmi 3 hours later, then 12 hours later take st john's wort. This will give u a good balance with dopamine as well
