Nordic Ware Wildflower Heart Bundt, 6 Cup, Toffee

This is a very nice pan and it has all the quality you expect from Nordic Ware. This is made like one of Nordic Ware's heavier weight pans, not the thin ones. It holds 6 cups of batter and bakes nice and evenly, the design comes out nicely. I made a chocolate mayonnaise cake and used powdered sugar on top and it came out so pretty showing the design of the roses on the heart. Clean up wasn't too bad, when the pans are so intricately designed, I wait for the pan to cool and try to wash it soon after. This pan may be a little challenging to clean once the residue crusts over. Pretty pan, very happy with it. I'm sure I will get many years of use from this pan.

I had to bake something immediately after I received the pan. I used a brownie mix and also made a blueberry lemon cake later. I sprayed the pan with Baker’s Joy. The floral details came out perfect and it was a breeze to clean it with a dish sponge too. Totally recommend this pan if you’re planning to bake a cake for Valentine’s Day or simply to celebrate spring.

Nordic Ware is the best baking pan I have ever used and the valentine’s pan is awesome. TheDesign comes out clearly. And is so fun to deliver on this special day, not only tasty but a beautifully expressed expression of affection. AMAZON has Nordic ware at a fair price and has a pretty good collection of designs

This is beautiful but the cakes that come out look better when you cook them in a light dough than a dark dough. If you make it in a dark dough, it kind of resembles number two.

This gorgeous pan is very sturdy. I'm very satisfied with the quality. My cakes came out beautifully.

Wow, this is gorgeous! Bakes evenly, and the cake releases cleanly every time. Baking time is much shorter than a full size Bundt pan…my 75-minute recipe was perfectly baked at 43 minutes. This heart pan also bakes about 10 minutes quicker than the more traditional shaped half Bundt pans (the Nordic Ware 5 and 6 cup pans).One VERY unexpected bonus is that my Bundt cake tastes better in this heart shaped pan with its shallow shape. My cake is a type of cake that’s only ever made in a traditional Bundt pan, so it never occurred to me that a different shape would yield a better result. You can taste the nuances of the flavor better in this shallow pan.
