After 2 weeks had hard drive issue
After 2 to 3 weeks had issue with power card connection and hard drive not installed error getting. Looking for amazon support to get replace the faulty one

Scrap machine delivered
Sad to say " pathetic product" - Dead battery,worn out body,OS missing,camera broken,system hangs, incorrect model no.- I can understand minor scratches - But here a scrap piece has been delivered.

Wrong description: They will provide MS office for 6 months
My laptop quality is just ok, at the time of purchase mentioned MS Office will be provided along with device pre-installed. But in practical the MS office will work only for 6 months and after that if we want to use MS office we have to purchase it separately or else take the paid services from them. Fake people! What is the means of purchasing this much expensive 2nd hand laptop without MS office. Very Much disappointed.

If laptop will be not worked then where I can show this in service centre or technician come for repair this laptop

Decent
Good laptop for this price but there are few visible scratches. One major issue i had was there was a loose panel/cover, not sure what to call it, its the part behind just above the battery kept opening up. Although it not much of a problem but it keep coming loose even with a light preassure. So not happy about that part. Rest is okay.

Not upto the mark. It's getting switched off and hanging. But surface is nice.
