BALI OUTDOORS Wood Burning Fire Pits Chimenea Outdoor Fireplace Wooden Firepit, Brown-Black

Had this for over 1 year. Great unit. Good heat radiation. Keeps embers in Chiminea so no yard fires. We also have smokeless stainless steel double wall units and they do not produce heat but are pretty to grill over. Easy to maintain cast iron by applying oil. But the base is rusting out. Base is stamped steel so not surprising. We will purchase the same BALI OUTDOORS Chimenea Outdoor Fireplace to replace before the base rusts out completely. Way better than double wall stainless steel smokeless units, they are great for ambient fire just cannot keep a person warm. The BALI OUTDOORS Chimenea Outdoor Fireplace will keep a person warm down to 10F if you stand close and like your neighbor.

This is the best fire pit I’ve ever owned! It gives off a lot of heat keeps flames inside and it’s so cute. Highly recommend this.

This fire pit is really easy to put together. The top portion is made is cast iron and should last a long time. The lower bowl looks like sturdy metal, hop in it will withstand the heat over time. The fire pit provides sufficient heat for a cool night sitting around it and enjoying conversation.

1. Very sturdy 2. Cordless drill will be super helpful to assemble....It's frustrating to do by hand, and the pics weren't great. It's doable, but took a long time, and with 2 of us. 3. As you can see in the video, flames will shoot out through the side and top, at first; however, it will calm down, then. We purchased a round heat resistant mat ($15) for underneath it, and placed it away from the side and slightly toward the center. Also, we used a stove board against the wooden rails and have a bucket of water nearby. There is a sliding door on the front of the chimnea. There's a metal poker it comes with to move wood and the door (remember to use it and not your hand)... It looks nice and gives warmth. Overall, we enjoy it!

Good little fireplace. I read the reviews and when it arrived, I painted it with high temperature paint before I assembled it. I wish the legs were longer but I put it on the bricks my other one was on. I bought several covers from other companies and sent them back and got the Bali cover. It fits perfectly. I do recommend drilling a hole in the bottom pan underneath the pit. If the cover is not on the pit, it will hold water. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Purchased to replace a clay chiminea i had for years. searched multiple products and finally decided on this one. Hight was just about right, almost 4 feet tall. Top part is cast metal and sturdy, but the bottom is only stamped metal. not sure how long that will last out in the weather. Was pretty easy to assemble by myself. 10MM wrench and screwdriver. Color is more brownish than black but looks nice. Good size inside for wood. Door slides open or can be removed. All in all i really like this. Burnt a fake log and it was beautiful. ? how long will it last outside in New England winters ? I don't see anything out there around this price that i think would do any better. Only had it for a month but if it lasts more than two years would definitely buy again.

Very pleased with the Bali Outdoor Chimenea. Based on other reviews I first coated with high temp paint. There was a slight breeze the first night we used the pit so an occasional whiff of smoke drifted our way, but for the most part the smoke traveled up the chimney. It is just large enough to fit standard size logs with a bit of effort but I find it best to cut them in half. My dog decided to pee on it the morning after our first burn. I decided to raise it up a bit, make it a little more difficult for him. This far successful.

Can't say enough of how impressed we were with these guys. Had an issue getting the product it was delivered somewhere else still not sure where? But they shipped us out another one right away. It came and was perfect when we put together, used it right away. Burning wood and very happy. Would totally recommend this product and company to deal with.

Not especially easy to assemble but doable with patience. Very sturdy. The door is a little quirky to open and close but works. I expect this product to last 2-3 years before it rusts out. Had a similar one before. Very acceptable.

Loving this outdoor fire pit. Size is perfect for my location. Was very easy to put together with easy to follow instructions. Perfect size for a small fire at the end of the day.

Bought two of these as Xmas presents for our kids. Very happy with them and no trouble putting them together. Have to wait till spring to try them out.
