The quality of my new gazebo is great! My carpenter said the directions were easy to follow and he put it together by himself in 4 hours! He said the measurements were off a little. It worked out though. The gazebo did come with a ding in it but it wasn't the seller's fault. The box was damaged during the shipping. I phoned Amazon and they took care of me. I can't wait for Spring and Summer to enjoy it. Size 11 X 11

We have been replacing gazebo after gazebo for years, until we finally bit the bullet and ordered this one. We are so glad we did. It took my husband, who is experienced, and I 11 hours over 3 days to put it together, but it was so worth it. Only 2 holes didn’t line up and we were missing 2 screws somehow. Could have been the beer. Everything was well packaged and labeled. We have had many items that were not. The directions were fantastic. It is super sturdy and beautiful. If you are on the fence about ordering this…just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

I wrote an email to get the assembly instructions, as I misplaced them. They got back to me within 24 hours. Very happy with my purchase.

We wanted solid quality without an exorbitant price. This DIY kit is perfect. It takes two people and 12 hours total. If it appears holes don't line up, keep in mind that the tightness or tension is part of the good design. When the instructions indicate keeping certain bolts loose until a whole set are installed you MUST do it, then it will come together nice and tight the way it's designed.

I do craft shows and Farmer's Markets and needed to replace my worn out canopy. I was attracted to this one because of the construction and it's available colors. It did NOT disappoint. Other vendors have already admired it and asked where to get one like it. My only complaint is the bag is and isn't as well constructed. It needs to be made of a better quality material as do the wheels. Although, I do like the handles and the storage pockets.

Product arrived slightly damaged. Not to where it was split in half but enough to be frustrated since this item is not cheap. I asked for a partial discount for the damage, they said yes but then 2 weeks later. Nothing. I called again and they told me no I have to return it now. This item is huge and I already had gotten rid of the packaging given it was 2/3 weeks later after they confirmed the original partial refund. Ended up with a damaged gazebo with no refund. Cool

When we finally got the Gazebo together it looks great! Measurements were right on- we did not have an inch to spare. Getting to that point had its challenges. Putting it together not for a beginner. First off the covers for the footings did not fit. My husband had to McGiver them to get them to go on and this was the crucial first step. Then there were a couple spots where the pictures did not match the product. There was supposed to be drilled holes were there were none.We are happy with the outcome-except that we need to anchor it to the deck and then figure out how to get the covers down over the footing. So that opinion may change. Not a product you can return easily so buyer beware.

Very happy with the look and very happy with how this assembles. It is very well packaged for delivery also. A few things for those that buy the double roof unit. The brackets in the early steps face down, both for the posts and for the mid supports. The corners for the roof system are kind of funky. Our brains wanted them to fit square and flush but they aren’t designed that way. It took 2 of us all day to get this up with the couple mishaps with the brackets, and the supports were not pre drilled for the middle roof bracket. I think it needs to be stained and sealed after getting it set up.
