Great concept, must-have item!
Ordered this earlier in the year. Due to my phone's issues, the device didn't work. The company very kindly offered to send me a new replacement completely free of charge, but I didn't feel it fair to accept the offer (it wasn't their fault!), as I'd just found out that my phone had major charger port issues. But I wanted to say, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly, I was blown away by their courtesy and will definitely repurchase from them again.The device itself is utterly brilliant in terms of usability and design, and I hope they extend this to other phones too (Huawei please?). Highly recommend and will repurchase again soon!

Dissapointed
I bought this after reading all the reviews however when it arrived I charged it up until all four blue lights were on,the next time my phone battery went low I connected the charger and after a few minutes there were only three lights on and a further 15 minutes it had gone flat with only 11 percent charge to my phone I recharged it up fully,and the same again happened so very dissapointed ,I found it a total waste of money.

Wanted to try this out despite the reviews as it's quite a good gadget concept. However I have to agree with the others. I charged it up and when needing it for my phone it was incredibly slow at charging and it died after my battery got to 40% 3 hours later. It might be useful in a bind but I wouldn't consider it reliable.

Don't bother buying this! I tried to charge my phone from 0% and it only recharged 27%, completely waste of time and money!!!

Doesn't charge my phone or even stay on longer than a minute, I paid for the retail packaging thinking there might be some instruction to it but nothing at all dissapointing product do not buy!
