JetBoil is one of the best on the market. Reliable, functional, quick heating. A little expensive but I guess they have earned it. I have been a Scoutmaster for two troops and we have purchased about twelve of these over the years and none of them have failed. It is my personal backpack stove when I am not going ultra light. Highly recommend.

The jet oil flash is the fastest thing I’ve used to date for cooking or boiling water. Light weight and very packable. Nothing like being able to make a hot meal in under 3 minutes. I haven’t used my Java press but will be using it when I go to Iceland in July.I’m hooked! I will be buying more items from jet boil in the future.My only dislike is the fuel canister support didn’t fit the gas canister I was using at the time. Even without it the system was very stable.

Have always wanted a jet boil for the field and for camping could never bring myself to spend so much on it. Finally convinced myself to do it and I gotta say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. Sturdy, compact and easy to pack. Great for coffee or making noodles. Super easy to use if you’ve never used one.

Jet Boils are a bit pricier than the other “alternatives” out there, but you pay for the quality you get!I previously used a “knock-off” brand for three years, and am highly impressed by the quality my Jet Boil Flash brings to the table. I love how the Jet Boil is compact, aesthetically looking, and is conveniently packed.The measuring cup twists to the bottom of the Jet Boil, the fuel can stand & Java kit (coffee press) are conveniently stored inside the Jet Boil itself.The temperature gage on the side of the Jet Boil allows you to know when the boiled water is ready for use.I wish I would’ve bought this product years ago, and will continue to use this for years to come!

I decided to see what all the hubbub about this JetBoil heating system I've been hearing about,so I bought this model as I guess there are several different models and accessories this review is just for this one. It cooks fine make sure you got stuff in it because it will start boiling pretty quickly if you're using melted snow I was cool. But tand it's a big but.....it's freaking top heavy like bad. I accidently just barely nudged it while I was passing by and it fell over it was on and I thought I was going to have myself a bomb but it think it's been engineered because it didn't explode it started with large yellow flames coming off of the stove I got it right side up quickly and it just fell over. HeyYALL....the cup is way to big for this set up. So I will use my trusty pocket rocket stove.

This was a gift for my son who is loves outdoor activities. He loves the heat output, easy to carry, the convenience of having coffee or food anywhere. A+ on this product

I have wanted one these for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. Overall, it lives up to the hype. I just wish it had better instructions included. The instructions are printed on the packaging. I ended up turning to YouTube to figure it out. Even then, I seemed to learn the system mostly from using it. It is a little awkward at first. For example it is hard to determine how much flame to use. I recently used this for a camping trip and it worked well but I recommend this only for 1-2 people. It becomes laborious and time consuming to make brews for a group. It takes about ten minutes to brew 2 cups of coffee. 5 minutes of that time is for the coffee to steep. So don’t expect to have coffee in under three minutes. I used this at a campsite but it is obvious that this product really shines when used for backpacking. It’s an awesome product and I hope to get a lot of use out of it for years to come.
