Brain fog, loss of hair, fatigue, that certainly describes me and that’s what this product says that it can help with. The packaging is good and the pills are easily tolerated. I’ve not had any negative side effects. Always consult with your doctor before taking any supplement.

This is just an iron supplement and not a thyroid supplement. Technically if you have very low iron levels you might not be making enough thyroid hormones though. The main ingredient in this is ferrous fumarate, which is gentler and more easily absorbed than other forms like ferrous sulfate. There's also vitamin C and black pepper extract to further boost absorption. All in all this is a well formulated iron supplement, but it might not offer any additional benefits if your iron levels are already within normal range.

Good product like all the TSF products, but always several capsules appear to be half filled.

I ordered this because I am slightly anemic due to iron deficiency. I did not get it for my thyroid. Works well. Easy to swallow with no aftertaste or negative side effects.

These iron capsules are good quality and easy to take. They did not upset my stomach and they are easy to swallow with a glass of water.
