As a perennial sufferer from insect bites I'm always on the look out for products that can keep them at bay when I'm out and about. I've tried several products over the years with more or less success. Of all these I've tried I have to say I've been most impressed with this spray from Incognito. It comes in a small pump action bottle and each spray delivers a decent amount of the product. It is non greasy and applies easily without leaving a sticky or greasy residue. It has a pleasant scent from the natural ingredients, mainly citronella I think, which is very wearable. On a recent walking trip I was adjacent to a river as well as in quite dense vegetation and as soon as the spray went on the midges, horse flies etc. vanished as if by magic. My walking partner was so impressed with the results that he has since purchased a couple of bottles for himself. As well as being a very effective repellent the spray is also DEET free with all the benefits to skin and environment that this entails. Highly recommended.

This is the only stuff I've ever found that keeps mosquitoes away. I do have to reapply frequently, however that's probably more for my own peace of mind as I get awful reactions to bites, so I'm really careful. It's got an extremely strong smell of citronella, but it's not unpleasant, so doesn't bother me - and it's better than getting bitten!

Mosquitos love me. Everywhere I go, I get bitten repeatedly, no matter what I do. I'd resorted to DEET in recent years but it absolutely reeks and chokes me, and I still get bites, just a few less. I saw the reviews for this spray and thought it was worth a try, and I'm extremely glad I bought it. Arrived in Milan a few weeks ago staying by the canals and, in a rush to get out and get dinner, I decided not to bother digging out this spray from my suitcase and just keep wearing trousers to cover up my legs instead. I had about 20 bites between my 2 ankles by the time we got back to the hotel later that night. By the following night, my body's mad reaction to the bites had well and truly kicked in, the itch was unbearable and I couldn't sleep. By the next day it was even worse, in spite of multiple pharmacists creams - both ankles completely swollen, with the swelling and unsightly purply blotches extending several inches further in all directions of the original bites. I normally get reactions to bites, even at home, but this was far worse than before. I think the sheer volume of bites that triggered a more severe reaction and I felt sick, sore and miserable. Eventually, after further antibiotic steroid creams and antihistamines, I was feeling better by the 3rd night, even if I still looked like I had the plague and should be avoided! Anyway, lesson learned from the first night, I slathered myself in this spray from then onwards and did not get a single further bite in the 9 nights which followed, despite sitting in clouds of mosquitos at times along canals and lakes. I can go out and relax and no longer smell horrible from DEET. Finally I have found something that works and I will absolutely be buying this again for every holiday. I don't often write reviews on Amazon but I was seriously impressed with this product, after trying and failing to prevent bites with so many others. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I used this product every 4hrs on my arms, legs face and when exposed torso. Even used on my hair and clothing, but seems I was still too tempting not to be bitten (a lot of bites!). I have given 3 star as my husband and children who also used it had only 2 bites between them, so perhaps adult female hormones played a part. So I wouldn't recommend for woman but seems fine for children and men.

Great product! It doesn’t have an overpowering smell, worked well enough in the Amazon rainforest and no harmful chemicals. Buy this instead of a DEET based repellent

Bon produit, je me suis fait piquer 1 seule fois en mettant ce produit. Maïs ça marche vraiment et c’est beaucoup plus efficace et plus naturel que les produits de grandes surfaces.

Un prodotto naturale, sicuro, dal profumo molto gradevole, leggerissimo e fresco sulla pelle. Per me, pasto preferito delle zanzare, finora naturale voleva solo dire profumato ma totalmente inutile... invece Incognito è efficacissimo e adesso mi pungono solo molto occasionalmente. L'applicazione secondo me va ripetuta di frequente, ma visto il profumo delizioso, non è certo un problema! E poi va bene per tutta la famiglia. 5 stelle assolutamente!

Ich habe das Incognito Mückenspray als natürliche, DEET-freie Alternative für meine Reise nach Costa Rica gesucht – und wurde absolut positiv überrascht! Das Spray ist 100 % natürlich, riecht angenehm frisch und war in meinem Fall wirklich effektiv. Während einer zweiwöchigen Gruppenreise habe ich insgesamt nur drei Stiche abbekommen – und das auch nur, weil ich an den Stellen vergessen hatte, nachzusprühen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Teilnehmern hatte ich deutlich weniger Probleme mit Insektenstichen.
