MY first mobile generator to accommodate power outages . Used it for the first time the day after I purchased it, arrived on time and was put under cover in my garage. The generator operated first time and ran continuously from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs without any problems . The generator catered for varying loads throughout the day with no problems. I had occasion to talk to the area engineer for some guidance on a gas fitting for my gas bottle who was most helpful and provide the place to source. Overhaul would purchase and recommend another dual fuel generator and equipment from Konner & Sohnen .

The generator arrived sooner than advised and was well packaged on a pallet. The unit is very compact but this means that maintenance might be awkward! A long funnel is provided for filling the oil but a screw in extension might be easier - it is slow to fill. Also the start battery is supplied disconnected and fitting the cable is extremely awkward. I wanted a unit to run on lpg as for a unit for use in power cuts it is likely that petrol might be "off" by the time it is needed. I have tried it briefly under load and all seems well.

Good quality generator works well but the instruction book for the KS 2000iGS shows an old model so does not help with the later model that I purchased. As it is a dual fuel model the regulator is supplied but will not fit a UK butane or propane bottle. A Gaslow Easy-fit German to UK adapter has to be purchased in order to use a UK gas bottle at a cost of £25 ish, they don't tell you this!

excellent piece of kit .... battery operated start, warning lights for every conceivable problem, very manoeuvrable due to its wheels despite weighing in a 40 odd kilos, and very compact, too.

After-sales service and support truly reflect a company's commitment to its customers. I'm genuinely impressed with the support I've received whenever something hasn't worked as expected. The team has been proactive in ensuring everything meets customer satisfaction. Recently, I had an issue with a starter, and without hesitation, they sent a replacement free of charge. Outstanding customer care! As for the generator itself, it's incredibly powerful, easily capable of powering nearly anything in the house. I've used it to run my entire home, including three AC units and sometimes even four 1200 BTU ACs. Highly recommended!

Brilliant, uber reliable, great German product. Pricey, but worth it.

Generator is great but mine overheated because of me, now I’m trying to talk to someone about service or spares and there is no one. Total brick wall. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything that has no decent service or spares in the uk.

It does what it should and does it quietly and efficiently!

La qualité est au rendez-vous. Aucun problème pour le démarrer, je trouve qu’il n’est pas si bruyant que ça après je ne l’ai testé qu’en gaz. Le côté gaz+essence m’a beaucoup plu, par contre 2000w c’est vraiment pour le dépannage, sinon faut prendre plus gros, mais au moins il a l’avantage de ne pas prendre trop de place.

Wil omruilen of geld terug dat is service maar dit is slecht geregeld Een keertje ophalen weken onderweg en nakijken in werkplaats en ik ondertussen maanden zonder goed product en geld kwijt. Ik kijk op Dimax website lijkt op kwaliteit als miele maar dat is het dus helemaal niet gewoon goedkoop uit Polen. absoluut zwaar teleurgesteld

Eenvoudige start en geeft weinig lawaai. Ik ben content. Was snel geleverd volgens afspraken.
