Another Great Dillion Story
I love the Jack Higgins writes about Sean Dillion and his adventures. It is a wonderful book. I finished it in a day. I would recommend reading all of the Sean Dillons adventures starting at book 1.

A worthwhile Read, or Re-read
Just re-read the first couple of Dillon novels by Jack Higgins, and they remain great books. Compelling story, well-drawn characters-and Dillon as the charming, lethal "rogue" that Ferguson so often refers to.Sadly, so much of that has been lost over the years, for seemingly mechanical exercises in "this year's book". .

Perfect
For me, this was a near perfect book. Not too long. Good story with just enough twists and turns to hold interest. Good character development. On to the next Higgins.

Jack Higgins
Mr. Higgins is the master craftsman of this genre. All of his stories seem to flow effortlessly. I really enjoy living in the world he creates in his novels.

Reading the series...
I began at the beginning of the Sean Dillon books and am filling in the blanks. Love the character and the way the plot moves along. You can pick up just about anywhere since there is a brief history of what has happened with the characters being used.

Do not miss out on this book!
My brother and I have read all this series. We enjoy rereading them. Jack is such a great story teller that you always find new things that you missed or have forgotten in the pages of the manuscript. This one was one of my favorites.

Dial "M"
Another good read by a master story teller. Higgins has a knack for coming up with some fascinating story lines. The only trouble I had with this book was the number of characters who had last names beginning with "M".
