Excellent, fast, easy to use, but slightly messy
I am exceptionally impressed with the ease of setup, use, and cleaning of this machine. It makes amazing cotton candy very very fast and it is super easy to clean when done. The only warning I have is that it almost instantly starts producing cotton candy after pouring the sugar in... so pour the sugar in quickly, and have the cotton candy handle/stick ready to go in the other hand. My daughter was a little slow to pour the sugar in at first and it started building cotton candy onto the sugar scoop while she was still pouring in the sugar. You literally need to instantly dump the sugar and pull the scoop back immediately. This machine exceeded our expectations and is worth what we paid for it.

Professional model
The media could not be loaded. Pros: this is huge, we needed step stools, was easy to assemble, cleaned up like a breeze, just hot water into the spinning head while it's running, easy to use, we warmed it up for 5 minutes on high, then poured in the sugar and instantly we got perfect cotton candy super fast, made a full cone in about 1 minute.Cons : you definitely need the dome, as you can see in end of our video floss bits flew everywhere into the air entire time, we had to mop floor and clean every counter and the Island and our arms afterwards. We absolutely love this machine, the sugar didn't get everywhere like some said, a bit at first flew into the bowl but not a lot and you can still use it if you collect it first before cleaning unit.We love it. But I'm going to be buying a dome for it in the future to cut down on the flying strands.

Meh
It works decently but not as great as our VIVO. From the moment we purchased this machine it has been abit wonky. In comparison, this machine looks cheaper than competing brands. It will make fluffy cotton candy but if you would like to make characters , I would keep looking.

Awesome machine!
I love this machine. I was a bit scared to use it the first time as I didn't know how to use it, but it was very easy and made great cotton candy. I love this thing! Clean up was a breeze. It shipped fast and was packages very well.

The best one I have owned
This is my 3rd professional machine and I love it.Pros:-The heater bowl lid comes off for easy cleaning of the baked on stuff (little baking soda and water on a wet dish brush, then turn on the machine so it does the spinning). This is pretty amazing if you have ever tried to clean out the sealed bowls (my brother gave me back one he had borrowed and mistreated and I could not get clean, and it was cheaper/easier to get another machine rather than get it fixed).-The heat settings on this are great too, I wish it had temp control instead of power, but not a huge deal (just get a laser thermometer and some masking tape to mark the temps on the dial).-Makes great cotton candy.-The drawer is a nice storage option-The machine sits a few inches higher than my old machines which is nice for a tall person.Cons?-Blower fan is a little strong (stronger than others I have had), but if you use the mesh around the bowl it is fine.-The drawers do not fit the sugar scoop. I am 3d printing a hook for it.-The power cord that comes with it is really short, but I traded it with a PC's power cable that is an unneeded 10'-It does not have handles. None of them seem to, which is weird, cause you have to move them often. Having the drawer I could take out did make it easier to mount handles on the sides though.

Decent machine
Does the job, the screws for the bottom don’t stay tight so frequently have to re tighten and it’s not easy to pull or push, it’s more of a stand to look cute in one spot. Makes good cotton candy, the head is hard to clean once it gets black from the sugar

Making Cotton Candy is Messy
Cotton CandyThere is no way I would do this without a dome...There is no way I would do this without a shower cap, long sleeves, and some sort of eye covering. I use a pair of readers.Using hard candy gives a stronger flavor and a different, rougher texture than floss sugar. Both Life Savers and Jolly Ranchers have a tarter taste. I do not like it, my husband does. Less cast off will occur with hard candies. It takes about 5 candies for 1 to 1 1/2 cones. If you are spinning inside your home, and are not using a dome, you will develop a haze in the air. It takes about 90 minutes for that haze to dissipate and most likely your smoke alarm will blare at you. A mesh stabilizer helps reduce this haze. 'Olde Midway' has one that fits this machine for about $20.Each scoop contains about 1 1/2 tablespoons of floss, half of it will spin out and stick to the sides of the drum. Should the spun candy touch that residue on the drum, quite often that cast off hard sugar will stick to the fluff. The mesh stabilizer diminishes that a little. At the end of spinning, I use a spatula to scrap down all the unspun sugar on the drum and process it again, I usually get a couple more cones out of it.To also lessen the cast-off sugar, I let the machine heat up for about 10 minutes on full heat then turn it off. I put the sugar in and let it sit for about a minute to melt and then start the machine up again. It takes only seconds for the candy to fluff up and be ready to capture. If spinning the sugar to put in a bag, using a wooden stick like a long kabob stick makes it easier to remove the candy for bagging.Thorough cleaning is necessary, as soon after spinning as possible. As the machine cools down, the holes on the spinner clog very easily, as someone here also posted, use baking soda and water. A denture brush works well, it has two sets of bristles at two angles. Rinse with hot water slowly poured into the spinner head.
