Excellent pans
We bought the set and a larger stock pot. These are great pans, strong resilient non stick, well made handles, easy to clean. Would definitely buy these again, great design and value.

great sauce pan, very versatile
I've been using this sauce pan regularly for several months now. It has a very nice depth to it and the non stick makes cleanup a breeze. The lid lets you strain out liquid with built in big and small holes - I often use this pot to cook pasta or ground meat and then use the lid to strain out the liquid. Quite handy.Even though it's dishwasher safe, I typically hand wash the pot since it's non stick and super easy to clean. I do put the lid in the dishwasher though. So far no scratches and pot still looks great after months of constant use.

Pleasantly surprised
I ordered this to replace a similar, but ageing, Farberware pot that had the regular non-stick coating. The straining feature is good for pasta and other things, but I primarily used it for cooking rice, since the lid fit snugly and tended not to drip for that last phase with the fire turned off. When the Circulon arrived, I noticed the tolerance on the lid fit was much greater, and it also had a pouring spout on each side that could allow a bit more steam to escape. I almost returned it, but I decided I would just use it for other things than rice. I tried the rice, though, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it cooked the rice just fine. Moreover, the new kind non-stick construction is amazing! It really does clean up easily, and it's tough. The "coating" seems to be more integrated into the metal, rather than just an applied substance that can scratch off. I probably will minimize the use of metal utensils with it, but it seems strong enough to handle it.I just ordered a Circulon fry pan, and I may eventually replace all my stovetop pans with this brand.

The nonstick inside surface
I got this pan because previous pans deteriorated. It is working great. I am about 85 so thinking this may well be a lifetime purchase. My only question is that the inside bottom surface has small concentric ridges I did not expect. They are obviously on purpose. So far, multiple months, no problems. Cleans up like a breeze. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Good quality pots and pans. They will last a long time. Also like the color.

Seemed pretty good, but some things lacking
Overall, it's a good pot, but the scratch defense language seems a little overblown. It is still affected by wooden chopsticks (i.e. leaves visible marks), though haven't tried with wider tools, like wooden spoons and wide wood spatulas. Overall, would have like more durability from an "A1" product, but Circulon is also known as a mid-tier brand overall anyways.I do like the patterning on the bottom, and the lid is very functional. Size is shorter and wider than I'd prefer, but then again the Analon pot I replaced with this is no longer manufactured, and that warranty replacement pot they sent was not better than this one.

Solid product
I just received my saucepan and am looking forward to using it. It is a perfect size for two people, 2 quarts, looks extremely solid. The anti stick quality looks as if I will use this many times. I like the lid with holes on the side to drain off water for example with potatoes and I also like the lip on the side of the pot that will make pouring a sauce or soup very easy. It is quite costly, but when you consider the number of times one uses a pot like this and for several years it is worth it. When I have used it I will reassess here the pros and if there are any cons.

Lovely pot
This is a perfect sized pot, works well on my gas hob and having the strainer in the lid is great! It is a sturdy and good looking pot as well. Very happy with my purchase.
