Haven’t taken this product for long yet I just received it a short time ago but are easy to swallow and they are non gmo that’s important to me! Very good value compared to what I’ve been buying. Great for the heart!

Started taking this month. I hope it does what it is supposed to do. :) Bc..., I can't remember what I'm hoping to accomplish with it. Maybe a 26" waist & better time management. ;) Will update after taking a few more weeks!! But! So far, not hard to swallow, no bad taste, etc. ;)

Honestly you should buy any and all your supplements from this company. They are not overcharging you like most companies selling supplements. I bought this for my wife to help with heart concerns as she has had weight issues due to thyroid and birth control side effects. Would prefer something more natural to help her through these times and found this at a more than reasonable price. Look up the benefits of this natural product and you can see what it can do for you.

Only have used for a week but already some of my digestive issues are gone. Less bloating, pain and more flow in the toilet! Easy for me to swallow a capsule rather than a pill so this works overall. Reasonably priced and better potency per capsule, so more bang for the buck.
