I bought this product because it was the tallest and affordable toilet for my wife who is 5'11 and she had a knee replacement. I was very impressed that all the internal parts, wax seal and toilet seat was included. Usually, I had to purchase the wax seal and toilet seat separately. You will need to purchase a new water line to fit the height of the new toilet. It's really 21inch without the seat. So, if you are a hands-on person, it was easy to put together and install without a plumber. Love it.

The Little Meerkat is a toilet designed for Seniors who require the extra height which is the reason I chose it. Unfortunately it leaked even though I had a reliable plumber install it. The plumber dutifully returned to reinspect his professional installation and concluded that it was a “micro crack” in the bowl….a frequent problem he has been seeing recently in other toilet bowls. He even put blue dye into the bowl to make his point. Attempting to both explain this leakage problem and their obligation to honor a refund with a representative of Wensen, the manufacturer, was tedious with multiple emails received and sent. For me Online Sales should be a simple matter of trust. I finally lost my trust in Wensen as I felt Wensen never trusted what I might say in my review. Thankfully I purchased the Meerkat through AMAZON and will receive my refund in full.
