Not good quality for the price. The case is thin wood, cheaply finished, enclosing a mostly plastic interior. None of the solid feel of the chess clocks of my youth. We returned it.

The clock is poorly assembled, and, while one of the buttons clicks decisively, the other feels mushy. After 2 months of light use, the clock broke, with the previously mushy button popping back up part way and stopping the clock. They don't make them like they used to. Update: While I couldn't reach the manufacturer, the seller, Mastersofgames, has been very helpful and communicative. They tried to reach the vendor and when they couldn't, they offered a refund. Good vendor and will buy from them again.

Great chess clock! Looks and feels sturdy and professional. Easy to use and clock faces are easy to read.

After waiting months for it to arrive, it came with one clock fully wound tight, and the other clock ticking. Not easy to find the middle spot to stop both clocks, and sometimes pushing the buttons doesn't start the other clock. Very disappointed at this clock's workmanship. I'd have sent it back, but I tried to open it to see if I can fix it easily, and the knob broke off the tightening rod.
