Too small
Very cute. It would be helpful if the shirts were actually true to size as far as size chart goes. Very tight on my dog I have to return it fortunately.

Followed measurements... Necks are still too big on some, one or two ok. Wouldn't buy again.

I quite like this brand of dog clothing and I find their sizes work well for my 12 Lb cavatzu. The prices are also very good.
