I was cheap and purchased a roller model and then super frustrated that I had trouble with coffee cups and pretty much everything that wasn't a perfect cylinder - including stemless wine glasses. This hooked up to my laser engraver easily and I had no problem sending my work from Lightburn through. It's heavyweight so I'm not worried about doing larger pieces and having it fall over. It is definitely a quality tool, made well, and with great instructions included.

product appeared to be very well made and very well packaged. unfortunately for me it was the wrong voltage for my machine. the description never stated the voltage.

well this thing blows my RA2 pro that came with my xtool d1 pro away just the fact it has the swivel chuck is everything plug and play my RA2 went back in its box wont be using it anymore .

They start off great. After 4-5 tumblers it starts grinding and skipping. The Eletric motor is going bad. Ruined multiple tumblers !!

Would have been 5 stars but it when I hooked it up as the motor started skipping when I was testing it out... causing issues. After adjusting the belt it works great. Shouldn't have to do that out of the box though running my first glass through the laser engraver an d it is looking great. Don't forget that you have to adjust the mm for rotation to 162 160 wasn't quit enough.

Works amazing with the Atomstack P90 M40.

I had to watch a video how to set it up however when I got it right it works well, I recomend the product.

The media could not be loaded. Used it to engrave one tumbler, worked great, loaded the second tumbler and it doesn’t spin in spots. Acting as if it has a bad stepper motor.Returning to buy a different one
