I've been using this for the past couple of days and have to say it is amazing! I think it's whitening my teeth but as it's only been 4 days I can't say for sure. I can say is that my teeth have never felt so clean or shiny. I'm a heavy coffee drinker so I'm optimistic that this is helping to reduce staining. My gums are much healthier and my cracked lips have healed. Very small bottle for the price, because of this I'm not sure if I'll buy again but I'll certainly be looking for a bigger, cheaper bottle to continue.I bought this with the activated charcoal from the same company so this is also affecting my teeth.

It doesn’t taste very nice, but what oil pulling mouthwash actually does?🤷🏽♀️ Does the job and leaves your breath smelling fresh!
