Shredding up for summer
Added this to training regime as our boxing gym closed. Great fun workout for me in our apartment using the the videos and my wife joins in as well for a bootcamp style boxing session.We also take it to our regular gym and slip it on the bags there and planning to take it on vacation with us next month.Will upload videos later.Light , portable , and the lbs are dropping off.No complaints from me or the wife.Feels good snapping those punches out5 stars
