Game changer!
I have tried several different types of hooks and I just thought that it was normal to have splitting yarn and tight stitches from the yarn catching on the hook and having to stop crocheting every few minutes to rest aching hands and wrists. It turns out the hook makes a HUGE difference to how enjoyable crocheting can be and this clover hook is amazing! The yarn glides over the hook so effortlessly that every stitch is enjoyable - I have also had less pain from arthritis as I crochet and my work is much neater than before. Even my beautiful pink Tulip hook didn't work as well as this one! If you are frustrated when you crochet then give one of these hooks a try in your favourite size. I am sure you won't be disappointed! I'm saving up for the set now :)

The BEST I've found...
This brand of hook is the best I've used. I used to think my yarn was cheap, when I caught a loop of yarn outside of my stitch with the hook. This affected the finishinh on my work. There is something unique about the finishing to the metal on this brand of hook, suddenly your hook glides through your stitches without catching EVER and your speed picks up. In addition ghe handle is much more comfortable. I'm never using another brand of hook again! Accept no lookalike imitations...

It's fine but the handle is too thin to hold comfortably
It's fine but after a little while using I've reverted back to my old hook as it isn't as comfortable to use due to the width of the hook handle. I've included a picture of my old light purple hook compared to this dark purple one to demonstrate the difference.Positives:- Doesn't snag on wool.- Good length to fit in your handNegative:Very thin (thinner than my current hook) so it isn't as comfortable to hold. I think those with hand issues such arthritis, carpal tunnel etc will find it difficult to use.

Comfortable but poor quality
It’s comfortable easy to hold and use. But just as I was finishing a project the hook portion came away from the rest of it. I had assumed this was one piece and the blue rubber section had been moulded on top but it seems not. I had super glue and just used that to put it back together so it wasn’t too much of a problem. But the fact I had only used it for this one project (a crochet rug with only simple stitches) and it broke testifies to it’s unfortunately poor quality.

Best hook ever
I have been working with the normal, cheaper hooks since I started. Bought this after reading a review and wow, this hook moves like knife through butter! It's amazing. I will definitely expand my hook collection now.

excellent hooks I would not use another type now iv used these
love these hooks, if seen lot of people raving about them on crochet pages , but after buying a set of big standard metal hooks already I didn't think I could justify buying the clover ones, but after a few years of crochet my hands had started to hurt after short periods of crochet so I decided to buy one clover armour hook in my most uses size, they are AMAZING. my hands have been so much better even with big projects, I was so impressed my husband treated my to the whole set, I would highly recommend these hooks

Brilliant Hook
I have just started to crochet and was recommended these hooks as being comfortable and easy to use. I have now purchased them in several of the most popular sizes as I have found them so comfortable to hold. I had tried a traditional hook but couldn't get on with it. These are lovely and soft to hold with an almost triangular shape to the part you hold. I use the knife grip with my hook and have no problems at all. I can happily crochet for several hours without getting any strain on my fingers at all. I have used them with both aran and DK yarn with no problems and would highly recommend them.

Worth the money - don't fall for lesser imitators!
After using some bright skinny metallic crochet hooks and getting cramp in my hands (I'm only 38, man!) I borrowed a friend's Clover hook and was amazed. So comfy!I bought a set of lookalike hooks from Amazon but they just weren't the same, so I returned them and bought a couple of Clover ones. More expensive, but so worth it.The metal hook is more smoothly sloped, which means loops slide over the hook more easily; the rubber handle is soft and rounded on 3 sides and very comfy. Definitely splash out on these if you're wavering over the cheap set!
