I am prefacing this review with the note that this is my first laser machine, and I have no experience with any other type of machine besides a cricut. I'm not even great with computers... So total beginner! I was very intimidated before buying. Firstly, assembly of the machine was not nearly as complicated as I anticipated. The directions are a bit complicated or hard to understand in some parts, especially with the bad grammar, but I was able to complete it correctly the first time without even watching a video. Just really have to pay attention to the directions and what you're doing. Second, I decided to use the LaserGRBL program because its free and it was extremely easy to set up and connect to this machine. I installed the program, then the driver, and then just watched a quick 10 minute youtube video explaining the interface and how to engrave something. A few test prints later and I could complete the project I wanted to do! That said, there is a ton more to learn about this machine, the laser, and the program, so there will be a steep learning curve if you want it to do more than basic engraving on easy to burn material (I used cedar). Can't wait to try cutting! Side note, I originally wanted to engrave on brass cutouts, however I learned that this type of laser does not work well on materials like brass or copper. The brass I used did show up a bit but that was with quite a few passes, slow movement, and full power.

Arrived on time

I am highly disappointed with this item. Everything I read online says a 10W laser should cut 2mm MDF in one or two passes at a speed of 400-450 mm/m. I have run as many as twenty-five passes at a speed of 400mm/m and 100% power, and the results have been a badly burnt board that is not cut. The only woods I have been able to cut are basswood and balsa wood, and it won't even scar metal unless it is lead. The device is so underpowered for its rating that it is a complete waste of money.

Been using this laser for over a year now and it's still going strong. Will definitely buy this brand again when it's time for a new one.

Complicated to assemble, found parts that are not in the instruction book nor in the many You Tube videos I watched. The laptop programs such as LaserGBRL has icons so small and in a light format it is very hard to tell what is what, Would have bben handy to have an actual instruction book written for the TTS-10 Pro utilizing the laptop support.

I purchase this item but because of health reason I be unable to work on the project I plan I return It without even using the machine. Is a great machine I got a friend Who has the exact one and does great work

First, laser engraver never showed up. Then it had to be re-delivered. Then the engraver had cobwebs on it. When I put it together, the tracks had glue on them which I did not notice since they were in the underside of the tracks. It took me a long time to figure out that’s what was messing up my engravings. Since the engravings I had previously made were small I did not see the problem originally. Disappointed a wonderful product was otherwise marred by someone messing it up with a bit of glue that they did not clean. An otherwise perfect engraving that took two hours was messed up just because the track skipped in the middle of the job. At least the customer service from Amazon was very wonderful. It is not an easy product to use. But a good learning experience.

I’m just saying that if you want one that has specific information and instructions on use this is not the best one. I am happy with the results and the laser itself. But it took a lot of time and searching to get it to function properly for me. I’m new to lasers so it was a little bit of a challenge. I’m not sure if the other ones are any better but just a heads up. It’s not a plug in and go thing.

Surpreendeu, montagem facil e até intuitiva. Excelente qualidade. Apenas como sugestão, já poderia vir com o calço para elevar a maquina para o uso do rotativo.

Preciso saber da garantia comprei em abril o produto e o módulo parou de funcionar. Muito decepcionado.
