It has Maltodextrin !!
As per several health experts maltodextrin is very high on GI scale and it's a cheap starch sourced mainly from corn. It's unfortunate that Abbott is using this cheap filler material for this thing. They should prove how it is low GI when bulk of ensure powder is just maltodextrin. I like it's taste and the fact that it has several vitamins and minerals but this maltodextrin stuff is really nasty. Please do your own due diligence about ingredients of healthy products before buying them.
