Great pan
This is a nice pan. I haven't experienced any quality issues with it. Ive used it maybe 10 times and its still working well with no defects appearing (which you'd hope given that its a Staub).Works really well on things like caramelised onions and stuff that needs a slow cook.I found I really needed a lid though so just bought a cheap 26cm Chinese lid and it works well. Would reccommend

Versatile skillet
I bought this to make a Dutch pancake and what a wonder this can create! I was really impressed. Since then, I have made some noodle dish and fried rice - all turned out great.

Awesome pan
Its big but i knew that, its expensive vut i knew that and it requires TLC but it is an awesome pan

My Staub family
This pan competes my set of pan's I have a small pan for just 2 also a medium cocotte for stews and hot pots and now I have the 34 cm if all the family comes for dinneryes they are a bit heavy but look really good on the table and are easy clean

Uneven heating, absolute rubbish
Bought this after seeing one of the tv chefs using one. It’s a large diameter which is the reason why I bought it but, it doesn’t heat evenly and everything just sticks to the base. Massively overpriced carp

Staub-simply the best enameled cast iron cookware available!
I have an extensive enamel cast-iron cookware collection, including Le Creuset, Staub, and other manufacturers. By far, the Staub is the best! Cooks the most evenly and much more easily cleanable. Use this for searing chicken and meats on the cooktop, then adding vegetables and roasting in the oven. Great for casseroles that keep food warm after cooking and for seconds. It is a lifetime piece so worth the money. Love the neutral gray color. I have this in multiple sizes.

Frigideira Redonda Staub cor cereja - tour de force
Esta frigideira da Staub de 34cm aguenta tudo o que você quiser fazer ao mesmo tempo; por exemplo faço verduras de folhas cozidas (couve etc), na outra metade faço omelete ou ovos fritos. Faço galinhada, peixe de coco etc. e a superfície dela ampla é ótima na hora de servir pois fica fácil retirar os alimentos. Super recomendo.
