Not what you expected from the smart lock
Overall it is not very bad, but has several flaws.The first surprise - the app required precise location service enabled when you connect your smart lock. Do you guys want to visit me? Or what?The second fail - I can't add/remove users by app remotely. If I want to add new/temporary user I need to do it via ugly smartlock menu. I even can't change password for existing user without visiting the door. So no remote management at all.The third - the charge socket is located outside! So for charge you need to left (and fix) your powerbank outside your home.Also after unlocking, the latch gets stuck in the lock, so I have to manually get it out.And when someone ring the bell, the app doesn't transmit video. You see only one photo, which may not show the face of the visitor.
