Q: Are the eyecovers contoured?

No. This is a very soft fabric eye mask. There is a curve cutout for your nose. Velcro closure. Very comfortable to sleep with.

Q: Which soap should I use to wash? And how often do I need to wash ?

Any gentle detergent made for protein-based fibers like silk and wool will work well, and you can also use any gentle cleanser made for human skin, since skin is also protein-based. I often just use my own body wash on it, since it only takes a little and I know I like the scent. :) As far as frequency, this mask is reversible, which helps; you wear it on your face all night, so it should be washed regularly. I usually wear mine twice on each side and then wash it. It only takes a 10-minute soak in soapy water in the bathroom sink, gently swishing/rubbing the silk fabric with your hands, then gently pressing the excess water out and hanging it up to air dry. Pretty quick and easy.

Q: Does this mask stain your pillow case?

No. I have had zero Mark's on my pillow.

Q: Is this mask machine washable?

It's made of genuine silk, inside and out, so a machine wash on delicate/cold in a mesh bag should be okay now and then, but don't use heat and don't machine wash too often if you want it to last. Silk does best if it's not left to soak in water for more than about 10 minutes.
