Nice watch band. My only complaint is that the color is very dark blue, almost black. The website made it look more blue. Not a big deal though. Otherwise it seems to be of good quality. It is so easy to change out that I am tempted to get another one in a different color and switch them out every once in a while. It was very hard to get the one off that came with the watch. The little lever on this brand is a great idea.

I have a few watches, some older, and I have replaced about 20 bands. I've bought no-names, Speidels, Bartons, and others - this is my first Ritche. And the thing is incredibly solid. It's was so stiff when brand new I had doubts - it was downright uncomfortable. The holes for the clasp were so tight I could barely get it on. The tail (the end that sticks out of the little loose leather retainer) stuck out and pushed the retainer away - I looked like a kid wearing my dad's watch. After 20 or so days of wearing it is already well-behaved: it has formed a comfortable fit around my wrist, the tail lays down, and I have realized that discomfort at the beginning was like a break-in period: this band is one of the most solid bands on any of my watches. Kudos, Ritche. I have thrown away cheap bands that didn't get the job done; this one feels like a keeper. I have a few more bands that are on the way out, and if I find a good match I will certainly try another one of these.

Beautiful band but a little stiff. Goes great with my watch. Timely delivery.

I really love the color of this watchband because it goes with anything. I need a extra hole between two holes because I have a small wrist but it still fits. I think it was a good price that I paid for it.
