I went nuts
Bought 24 of these lights to pimp a fence i built. What a difference. High quality for a low low price. They are waterproof well and still look brand new 6 months later. I wired them up using 24v power to be safe and used cheap 24v GU10 bulbs off ebay. Very happy with the results

Well made, attractive lights for ambient garden lighting
Placed a dozen of these in my garden, attaching them to fenceposts for an ambient lighting effect. They look great, the construction is sturdy and well made, the stainless steel has a nice finish and the water seals are all fit for the job.Work really well with LED low wattage GU10 lights - I used 3w bulbs and that's perfectly adequate for garden lighting. Any brighter and they'd start to look like security lights.As for how well they'll stand the test of time, I guess we'll find out in the next couple of years, but everything to go by right now makes the long term look positive.

Only has read cable entry point.bottom of side would be more helpful.
Very nice looking sturdy lights would have given better rating if it had bottom or side cable entry points.

Have at least 5" 125mm of cable out of wall or fence, can be slightly fiddly getting connections in.
Solidly built although the plastic main fixing that you bolt/screw to wall/fence etc could do with been made sturdier or out of stainless, but surprisingly sturdy when up, running x3 of these with gu10 led bulbs 2.5w each so doesnt use alot of electric (kw/h) at all on the low energy bulbs. Also got them linked up to a disk till dawn sensor (photocell) which brings them on perfectly.
