Great for using your V6 nozzles in a volcano
when i switched from the V6 to the Volcano i had alot of V6 nozzles now i can still use them.

Good inserts. Work perfectly. Don’t overtighten
Initially I was concerned these may either a, create a hotend gap or b, seize and be stuck forever. This only occurred once when I overtightened one of them. They are soft and appear coated as silver turned to brass after I tore up the Allen socket. To install treat them like a nozzle almost. Ensure the bottom of your heatbreak is clean. Bring the hotend up to temp and gently run them up against the heatbreak. Tighten it down about 1/3 the force you tighten your nozzle, Just a little snug. Then run up the nozzle. Then you can tighten the nozzle as you normally do allowing the force and torque of the nozzle agaibst the inert to fully complete the v6/insert/heatbreak sandwich. To remove bring it up to temperature but start lower than usual. Try to loosen it and if it doesn’t budge bring it up 10/20 degrees and try again. If you get them too hot the soft metal will just melt under force of the Allen key. If it’s still stuck loosen the heater block just a little to allow the heat break to relieve the diehard pressure and you should be good.The flow with a hardened cht with the copper splitter, topped out at around 35mm^3. The text fails at around 40. Setting the max flow somewhere around 30-35 will yield great results. YMMV but This was on a sv06+. Those speeds outrun the other limits of the printer so works great.

0 complaints, no leaks, just screw it down tight, lets me adapt a volcano hot end to adapters to get really high flows with CHT clones as well

Using one each in two different printers. Works great
Well machined, seals up well. Works as advertised. I'm even using one in an Ender 3 v3 KE with perfect results and standard v6 nozzles. Didn't even have to slow the prints down.
