This is good for certain cocktails that require hibiscus flavoring. It gives the right amount of flavor.

I'm ALL about the current popularity of Lavender and Rose-flavored stuff (and personal care products) because a) I don't like flavors that are sugary sweet to excess and b) the same-old flavors like vanilla and hazelnut are tired. I'd been spending WAY too much on Italian (cream) sodas at cafes etc and even drive to a 24hr coffee place on a regular basis to satisfy strong cravings! Which ran me $7 before even tipping the baristas last time... I'd seen the syrup flavor bottles and knew the packaging/brand by sight, so I'll be stocking up on more flavors/replenishing the lavender soon! Only negative is it's sweeter than I expected. I've been learning to balance the ice/soda/cream with it via trial and error, but I prefer a more subtle and semi-sweet, which is why I like lavender flavor in the first place. Plan to try other brands, but vouch for this one. Buying Rose next 4 sure!

Monin syrups are a great delightful addition to my bar. The lavender flavor offers a beautiful aromatic and floral note and elevates cocktails and mocktails. The sweetness has a nice balance and not overwhelming and it tastes great. Packaging was awesome, good seal and no damage to bottle.

Syrup tastes amazing. So perfect in my Macha. Gave it 4 stars because I have purchased the pumps for the Monin bottles however, this bottle does not accept the pump. Really messes up my counter of Monin bottles with their pump. The syrup however, is outstanding.

This is my favorite lavender syrup! Never disappointed with this brand.

Received product that expired the same week received and discolored. The bottle is cracked and color is a green tinge. The worst part is the product can’t be returned or replaced.
