When we sent the computer to Lenovo, we found out that the computer was already out of warranty because it was placed in service 9 months prior to being purchased. In addition, the hard drive was replaced with a non-Lenovo hard drive which was put in by the reseller. This ultimately ended up causing bitlocker issues and the computer stopped working.

Blazing Fast

Computer stopped working

Exactly the same as direct from Lenovo
I was hesitant because the description says DDR4 but Lenovo only has DDR5 for this laptop, but I received DDR5.
